Because it needs to be done at some point, and I figure this would be a good way to start off New Year's. >D Also for Zimmay, who had a crappy start to the year of the Golden Boar. Fucking racists. 
Edit: I didn't realize some folks didn't know this, but Zuko is bowing to give a formal apology. Seriously, watch enough Chinese films and TV series set in ancient China, you'll see this at some point. I believe the actual term is to kowtow.
